    child safety standards

    Last updated: August 4, 2026

This page sets out Yankee's published standards against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). It applies to the Yankee mobile apps (including the Android app listed on Google Play as "Yankee"), the Yankee website, and related services operated by Yankee LLC, a Foretheist product (together, "Yankee", "we", "us", or "our").

Yankee has zero tolerance for CSAE and Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). These standards are part of how we operate the product alongside our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

    1. Prohibition of CSAE and CSAM

Yankee strictly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE), including any Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). Users may not create, upload, share, solicit, request, promote, or otherwise distribute content that sexualizes minors, depicts the sexual abuse or exploitation of children, or facilitates contact with minors for sexual purposes.

This ban covers images, videos, text, audio, links, live communications, and any other form of content on Yankee. Attempts to groom, exploit, or endanger children are also prohibited.

    2. Age requirements

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use Yankee. Accounts that misrepresent age, or that we reasonably believe are used by someone under the allowed age, may be restricted or removed.

    3. How to report child safety concerns

If you see content or behavior on Yankee that may involve CSAE or CSAM, report it immediately using the in-app reporting tools (for example, report on a post, profile, message, or community), or contact us at yankee@foretheist.com.

Reports related to child safety are treated as high priority. Provide as much detail as you can (links, usernames, screenshots where appropriate) so we can investigate quickly.

    4. How we respond to CSAM and CSAE

When Yankee obtains actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE on our platform, we take appropriate action, which may include:

    • Removing the content as quickly as practical
    • Restricting, suspending, or permanently terminating the responsible accounts
    • Preserving relevant records as required by law
    • Reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority
    • Cooperating with lawful requests from law enforcement

We act in accordance with these published standards and applicable child safety laws and regulations.

    5. Child safety point of contact

For child safety issues, CSAE notifications, or enforcement questions related to Yankee, contact:

    Yankee LLC, a Foretheist product
    Child safety contact: yankee@foretheist.com

This contact is positioned to discuss Yankee's enforcement and review procedures and to take action when required, including for notifications from Google Play or other platforms.

    6. Updates

We may update these Child Safety Standards as the product and the law evolve. We will post the updated standards on this page and change the "Last updated" date. Continued use of Yankee after an update means you accept the revised standards.
